Jay's

Jay was born and grew up in China. He also spent many years in US. Since 2015, he got more opportunities to explore different food flavors, styles and even cooking philosophies via travel and ever-exploding social media videos. 

The “sharing economy” not only redefined his cooking but also get him to know some great book readers who shared their reading lists and views of the world. Those reading lists cover a wide range of topics in China, western countries and the rest of the world.

With technology evolvement, we are all getting so used to share stories via short video or audio clips. Like McLuhan mentioned, the medium is the message. Seeing world via video or audio would forever changes our learning and understanding of the world. We might someday lose the power of written words.

In this space, Jay tries to record his cooking and reading with different topics. It is a fusion of different culture elements. He tries to do so in an old fashion-blogging.
