Cut the whole phineapple into small chunks (or buy from grocers)
Rinse the sprouts to remove the seed shells
Dip the kale in boiling water for 15-30 seconds. Pour out hot water and rinse with cold water
Add all ingredients to the blender. Blend at high speed for 45-60 seconds
Pour out the smoothie to serve

Notes
-I buy whole pineapples and precut into chunks and store in a freezer. This way, I don't have to add extra ice cubes. Due to high phytochemical content, I keep the core. -I rotate among clover, broccoli and alfalfa sprouts as these are the three I could buy in local grocers.-Replacing kale, you can also use arugula, spinach, and baby broccoli. I once saw insect eggs on my kale, so I dip it in boiling water for some 30 seconds. -You can use apples or other fruits to replace pineapple.
