Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño 黄尾刺身
If you have access to sashimi grade yellowtail, this the easiest dish you can try.
Equipment
- sharp knife
Ingredients
- 3-4 oz Sashimi grade yellowtail
- 2 tbsp yuzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sushi soy sauce
- 6-7 very thin jalapeno slice
- 2-3 very thin radish slice
- 5-6 cilantro leaves
Instructions
- Rinse the Jalapeño, radish, and cilantro
- Cut the Jalapeño and radish into paper thin slices
- Pick leaves from the cilantro stem. Soak the leaves, Jalapeño and radish slices in cold water
- Mix the yuzu sauce with soy sauce
- Cut the yellowtail into 1/8"slices and place them onto a plate
- Pour the sauce mixture onto the plate and decorate the fish pieces with Jalapeño, radish and cilantro

- You can replace the yuzu sauce and soy sauce with soy sauce with citrus juice.
