Bagel Sandwich 贝果三明治
Another variation of common breakfast ingredients. Flavorful and nutritious
Equipment
- 10“ frying pan
- bread toaster (or another frying pan)
Ingredients
- 1 bagel
- 2 Irish back bacon (Canadian bacon)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp oil
- pinch ground pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Place the pan onto stove, turn heat to high, and add oil. Tilt and rotate the pan to make sure the oil covers the whole pan
- Once the pan is hot, turn heat to medium. Crack the egg into the pan. Sprinkle some ground pepper. Place the bacon into the pan
- Make over easy egg, and toast both sides of the bacon at low to medium heat
- Once the egg and bacon are almost done, cut the bagel into half, and toast the bagel havels
- Spread cream cheese onto the bagel. Assemble the sandwich
- Serve with a drink and other items for a perfect breakfast

Notes
- Both the bagel and bacon are seasoned with salt. Thus, no salt was added to the egg.
- Irish bacon could be replaced with regular bacon or other meat.
