Easy Fish/Chicken Taco 鸡肉/海鲜塔可
A quick dish using seasonings from other recipes
Equipment
- 10" or 12" frying pan
- large baking tray
Ingredients
- 0.5 lbs chicken breast
- 0.5 lbs fish filet
- 1-2 tbsp Cajun mix
- 2-3 tbsp oil
- 1 small tomato
- 0.5 large ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- 1 lime or lemon
Instructions
- Set oven to 375F
- Mix 2 tbsp Cajun mix with 3 tbsp oil. Spread the paste onto the fish and chicken filets. Use hands to massage the filets to make sure the seasoning coats the filets uniformly.
- Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and parchment paper. Place the seasoned filets onto the tray.
- Bake about 8-10 mins. Take the tray out of the oven, and flip the filets. Bake another 8-10 mins or until the juice reduces
- While roasting the meat, heat the frying pan to hot. Quickly roast the tortillas (10-15 seconds each side) to soften them.
- Cut the tomato and avocado into 1/2" chunks. Slice the lemon or lime
- Once the meat is done, move the fish to a bowl, and break the filets into smaller pieces. Cut the chicken into 1/2" pieces. Season both meats with some lemon/lime juice
- Assemble the taco, and serve with a drink
